Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the websites you visit. PilotMail also uses equivalent technologies such as localStorage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. References to "cookies" below cover all of these.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required to deliver the service: keeping your session signed in, maintaining workspace context, CSRF protection. These cannot be disabled.
  • Preferences. Remembering small UI choices such as your selected Focus Mode (Founder / Enterprise / Deals) and your cookie consent itself.
  • Analytics. Aggregated usage to understand which features matter. Off by default until you accept; opt-in only.

3. Third parties

We rely on a small number of subprocessors (auth, hosting, error reporting). They may set their own strictly-necessary cookies to deliver their part of the service. We do not sell your personal data and we do not place advertising cookies.

4. Changing your choice

You can change your consent at any time. Click the button below to reopen the consent banner.
