These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PilotMail's products, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by PilotMail, LLC ("PilotMail", "we", "us").

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Don't share workspace access with anyone who shouldn't have it.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications. Don't probe, scan, or attempt to breach security. Don't resell PilotMail without a written reseller agreement.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the messages, drafts, and metadata you bring into PilotMail. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

4. Billing

Paid plans renew monthly or annually based on the cadence you selected. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilotMail's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the prior twelve months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product and via email.
