Understand how PilotMail is structured: workspaces, conversations, drafts, follow-ups, tasks, focus modes, and review-first AI.

The product model
PilotMail turns email conversations into actionable objects so your inbox becomes operational, not just organizational. Every piece of work is traceable back to its source thread.
- Conversations — email threads pulled into the workspace.
- Summaries — short distillations of long threads.
- Reply drafts — prepared responses awaiting your review.
- Follow-ups — commitments either you or the other side owe.
- Tasks — work items linked to their source conversation.
- Relationship profiles — lightweight notes per person.
- Activity events — an audit trail of what changed and who acted.
Review-first by default
PilotMail prepares work; you approve anything that leaves the system. This is a design decision, not a temporary limitation. See Prepared Replies for the full flow.
